Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the REPPED website, mobile app, in-app messaging, online coaching, and in-person personal training services.
Information We Collect
Information we collect includes information you knowingly provide when using our services, information generated by your use of app features, and limited technical information automatically sent by your device or browser when accessing our website or app.
We may store certain information in your browser or device storage, including local storage and IndexedDB, to keep you signed in where applicable, remember preferences, support app functionality, and improve reliability. Depending on the feature used, locally stored data may include app settings, cached user records, workout data, message drafts, or sync state.
Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
Personal Information
We may ask for personal information which may include one or more of the following:
- Username
- Name
- Profile photo
- Social media profiles
- Date of birth
- Phone/mobile number
- Home/mailing address
Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information
We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.
Collection and Use of Information
We may collect personal information from you when you interact with REPPED through our website, mobile app, in-app messaging, online coaching, or in-person services, including when you do any of the following:
- Create an account, complete your profile, or manage your subscription
- Book, attend, or inquire about online coaching or in-person personal training
- Send messages to coaches or use assistant features within the app
- Enter any of our competitions, contests, sweepstakes, and surveys
- Sign up to receive updates from us via email or social media channels
- Use a mobile device or web browser to access our content
- Contact us via email, social media, or on any similar technologies
- When you mention us on social media
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes, and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:
- To enable you to customise or personalise your experience of our website, app, and services
- To contact and communicate with you
- For service measurement, troubleshooting, market research, and business development, including to operate and improve our website, app, and social media presence
- For marketing our own products and services where permitted by law or where you have opted in. We do not use health or fitness data for third-party advertising.
- To enable you to access and use our website, associated applications, and associated social media platforms
- For internal record keeping and administrative purposes
- To run competitions, sweepstakes, and/or offer additional benefits to you
- To comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have
- For security and fraud prevention, and to ensure that our sites and apps are safe, secure, and used in line with our terms of use
Please be aware that we may combine information we collect about you with general information or research data we receive from other trusted sources.
Security of Your Personal Information
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security. We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.
You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.
We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored in your browser's local storage, including IndexedDB, from unauthorized access. However, please note that no system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot ensure the security of any information stored locally on your device.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
In addition to information stored in our backend systems, certain app data may be stored in your browser's IndexedDB or device storage. This information is retained as long as necessary for app functionality, sync, caching, or account use. You may clear locally stored data by clearing your browser or app storage, although doing so may affect app functionality.
Children's Privacy
We do not target users below the minimum age required by applicable law (generally 13 years of age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will promptly delete the information and terminate the child's account.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information to us should contact us at hello@reppedfitness.com with "Child Data Removal Request" in the subject line. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days.
Where local laws require a higher age threshold or additional protections for minors, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We may disclose personal information to:
- A parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of our company
- Third-party service providers that process information on our behalf, including hosting, database, email, push notification, security, payment, and optional AI processing providers. See the Data Sharing & Third Parties section for details.
- Our employees, contractors, and/or related entities
- Our existing or potential agents or business partners where reasonably necessary to provide, administer, or protect the services
- Sponsors or promoters of any competition, sweepstakes, or promotion we run
- Courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement officers, as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights
- Website measurement and marketing providers for public website activity only, where configured and permitted by law
International Transfers of Personal Information
The personal information we collect is stored and/or processed where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities. Please be aware that the locations to which we store, process, or transfer your personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. If we transfer your personal information to third parties in other countries: (i) we will perform those transfers in accordance with the requirements of applicable law; and (ii) we will protect the transferred personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
We may transfer your personal information to servers located in different countries, including where we or our service providers are based. By using our app, you consent to the transfer of your information to locations that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information
You always retain the right to withhold personal information from us, with the understanding that your experience of our services may be affected. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights over your personal information. If you do provide us with personal information you understand that we will collect, hold, use and disclose it in accordance with this privacy policy. You retain the right to request details of any personal information we hold about you.
If we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy. If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person's consent to provide the personal information to us.
If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time. We will provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from our email-database or opt out of communications. Please be aware we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity.
If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.
If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.
If you are a resident of the European Union or California, you have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the details below.
Use of Cookies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on public website pages for site operation, security, remembering preferences, and measuring the effectiveness of our own marketing. Public website pages, including sign-in or registration pages served through the shared website header, may include Meta/Facebook measurement tools and server-side conversion measurement where configured.
The logged-in REPPED mobile app dashboard does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information. The app uses session cookies, local storage, and IndexedDB for authentication, preferences, cached app data, and core app functionality. If required by law, we will ask for consent before placing non-essential cookies or using local storage for non-essential purposes.
Limits of Our Policy
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this privacy policy.
If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
App Data & Data Safety
Data Collected
The REPPED app collects the following categories of data to provide its features:
- Account information: username, first name, last name, email address, account ID, subscription status, and password hash.
- Personal information: date of birth, sex, height, weight, activity level, profile photo, and preferences you choose to add.
- Health & fitness data: workouts, exercise logs, sets, reps, weight lifted, RPE, training programs, body measurements, body-composition records, body fat percentage, progress photos, activity logs, dietary preferences, pregnancy-related training modifiers, pain or injury modifiers, coaching notes, assessments, and any health or fitness information you enter in the app.
- Coaching and messaging data: in-app messages, message attachments, assistant prompts, AI generation history, and coaching communications submitted through the app.
- Photos and files: profile photos, progress photos, meal photos, message attachments, or other media you choose to upload.
- App activity: features used, workouts completed, exercises performed, in-app settings, interaction data, token/quota usage, and records needed to operate app features.
- Device, security, and notification data: IP address, user agent, platform type, device push token, notification preferences, reCAPTCHA verification data, and technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
This data is used to provide and improve app features, authenticate users, deliver coaching and messaging, send optional notifications, personalize training and meal features, generate AI-assisted recommendations when you use those tools, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold to third parties.
Sensitive Health Information
The app may collect sensitive health information including fitness level, body measurements, pregnancy status, pain or injury modifiers, health conditions, coaching assessments, and dietary restrictions. If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, injured, managing a medical condition, or changing your exercise routine, consult your physician or another qualified medical professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information that may affect exercise safety.
Payment Data
No card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials are collected inside the mobile app. Paid memberships, sessions, products, or subscriptions are purchased outside the app through the REPPED website, in person, or through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. The app may display account, order, or subscription status so we can provide access to eligible services.
Local Storage
The app may store cached workout data, preferences, drafts, and sync state locally on your device using browser storage or IndexedDB. Local data supports speed, reliability, and limited offline continuity. Locally stored app data is not intentionally shared with other apps or third-party advertising networks. Some features require server sync when a connection is available.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal, health, or fitness data with third-party advertising networks or data brokers for their own independent advertising purposes. We do not disclose personal health information for advertising or profiling without your explicit consent.
We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to operate core functionality. These may include providers of infrastructure, hosting, database services, email delivery, push notification delivery (for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging), anti-abuse and security services (for example, Google reCAPTCHA), payment processing services (for example, Stripe), and third-party AI providers such as OpenAI when you use assistant or generation features.
These providers act as data processors under contract and are required to process information only on our instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
We may share aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Website marketing pages and shared sign-in or registration pages may use measurement providers for our own advertising and conversion measurement. The logged-in mobile app dashboard does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
When you use assistant or AI features, prompts, selected app context, profile preferences, recent workout context, uploaded photos where supported, and generated responses may be transmitted to external AI providers for processing. Content you submit may be processed and stored by those providers under their own privacy policies and service terms.
We use third-party service providers to support the operation of our services. These providers may change from time to time as our services evolve.

Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token and basic platform information so we can send workout reminders, account notices, coaching updates, and message alerts. Notification permission is optional, and you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are salted and hashed using industry-standard algorithms. While we use commercially acceptable security measures, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
Chat & Messaging Data
We store messages and conversation metadata required to provide in-app messaging, coaching, and support features. This includes message content, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, and any attachments you upload in a conversation. These records are stored on our secure servers and in our database while your account is active or until you delete them.
Some assistant, generation, extraction, or automation features transmit prompts, uploaded media where supported, and limited app context to third-party AI providers for processing. When you use those optional features, your submitted content may be processed by external services and may be logged or retained by those providers according to their privacy policies and service terms.
Access to message content is restricted to the conversation participants and authorized REPPED staff who require access to provide coaching, support, or moderation. Administrators have tools to view, archive, and delete conversations as part of normal operations.
Retention: we retain message and conversation data while your account is active, until you delete it, until your account is deleted, or as required by law. If you delete your account from inside the app, account deletion is initiated immediately and is irreversible. If you request deletion without logging in, we will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Security: messages are transmitted over HTTPS and protected by our standard security controls. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. If you need assistance removing sensitive content, contact us and we will help.
To request a copy of your conversations, or to request deletion or correction of specific messages, contact us at hello@reppedfitness.com or use the account deletion request form.
Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your REPPED account and all associated data at any time. Two methods are available:
- From inside the app: open Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your password and to type
DELETE. - Without logging in: submit a request at reppedfitness.com/delete-account-request. We will verify ownership of the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your account profile, profile photo, workouts, workout history, measurements, body-composition records, meals and meal logs, activity logs, AI generation records, coaching notes and assessments, messages, scheduled events, subscriptions, waivers, push tokens, and other personal records linked to your account.
What may be retained: we may retain minimal records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backup integrity, or legal compliance, such as completed transaction records, invoices, or records held by third-party payment processors. Retained records are not used for marketing or app personalization.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the REPPED website, mobile app, in-app messaging, AI tools, online coaching, and in-person personal training services.
A. Scope of Services
- REPPED provides digital fitness tools, messaging, online coaching, and in-person personal training services.
- Features, pricing, scheduling, availability, and supported app functionality may change from time to time.
- App content, coaching content, and AI-generated suggestions are provided for general fitness and educational purposes only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
B. Account & App Use
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the app or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful or abusive content, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
- We may suspend or terminate access to the app or services for fraud, abuse, non-payment, safety concerns, or violations of these terms.
C. Coaching, Messaging & AI Tools
- In-app messages may be reviewed by the relevant coach, support staff, or authorized administrators as needed to provide services, maintain records, or address support and safety issues.
- AI assistant outputs are provided for general fitness planning and logging support only. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before relying on them or saving them to your account.
- Do not use the app, messaging, or AI tools for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. Contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional when appropriate.
D. Payment & Membership Terms
- All sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Memberships, coaching plans, and sessions are non-transferable.
- The mobile app does not sell digital goods or subscriptions through Google Play. Paid memberships, sessions, products, and subscriptions are purchased outside the app through the REPPED website, in person, or another approved external channel.
- Pro Membership is the app membership for REPPED digital app access and related app features. It does not have a minimum commitment unless a specific written offer states otherwise.
- Pro Membership may be canceled at any time outside the app using the applicable billing or support channel provided by REPPED. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not create a refund for the current billing period except where required by law.
- Elite coaching memberships and other session-based coaching or personal training services may carry separate pricing, scheduling, and written service terms disclosed at purchase or in a signed agreement.
- Elite coaching memberships require a 60-day minimum commitment unless a written offer or signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
- Elite coaching cancellations are not allowed in the first 21 days. After that, 30 days' notice is required; any payments due during the notice period are still payable.
- After cancellation, unused coaching sessions may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable plan or signed agreement.
- Membership or coaching cancellation requests must be submitted to hello@reppedfitness.com.
- Payments over 30 days late may result in the remaining balance being charged in full.
E. Session Terms
- These session terms apply to Elite coaching memberships, personal training plans, and other session-based services. Standalone Pro Membership does not include live training sessions.
- Training sessions are approximately 45 minutes and may be conducted online or in person at the company's discretion.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, class, group, or personal training session packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Being 10 or more minutes late counts as a no-show.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are forfeited.
- If the company cancels or misses a session, it will be rescheduled within 30 days.
F. Health & Safety
- Clients and app users must disclose all relevant health information and update the company regarding any changes in health or medications.
- Participation carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Clients and app users assume full responsibility for their health and safety and should maintain their own insurance coverage.
- Clients and app users are responsible for any personal equipment they provide.
G. Media & Marketing Consent
Testimonials: We may use written testimonials, quotes, or reviews you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. You may opt out of testimonial use at any time by contacting us at hello@reppedfitness.com; if you opt out we will stop using the testimonial in future materials and marketing.
Photos & Videos: We will only use your photos, videos, or other visual media for marketing with your explicit, separate opt-in consent (for example, an affirmative checkbox or a signed release). Granting consent is voluntary and will not affect your ability to use the Services. If you later revoke consent, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove future uses but cannot guarantee removal of copies already published.
Minors: We will not use images, videos, or testimonials of minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have used a minor's Media without proper consent, contact us immediately.

H. Liability Release
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients and app users release Kinetix Fitness LLC / REPPED and its staff from liability for injuries or damages incurred during voluntary participation in workouts, coaching, training, or use of app content.
I. Acknowledgement
By using the REPPED website, app, online coaching, or in-person training services, clients and users confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
Disclaimer
No Warranties
All information, app content, workouts, coaching content, AI-generated suggestions, and service materials are provided "AS-IS" and with NO WARRANTIES. No express or implied warranties of any type, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to the information, content, services, or any use of them. KINETIX FITNESS LLC ("REPPED") makes no representations and extends no warranties of any type as to the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of any information, content, app feature, or service.
Disclaimer of Liability
REPPED specifically DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES and assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse of information, content, workouts, coaching, AI-generated suggestions, app features, or services. REPPED assumes or undertakes NO LIABILITY for any loss or damage suffered as a result of use, misuse, or reliance on the information, content, app, or services.
Use at Your Own Risk
The website, app, workouts, coaching content, and AI-generated suggestions are for general fitness and informational purposes only. Consult a physician before performing any exercise program or changing your training routine. It is your responsibility to evaluate your own medical and physical condition, or that of your clients, and to independently determine whether to perform, use, or adapt any information, content, workout, or suggestion. Any exercise program may result in injury. By voluntarily undertaking any exercise provided through REPPED, you assume the risk of any resulting injury.
