Information We Collect
Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions, and any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.
We may store certain information about you in your browser's local storage, such as in IndexedDB, to improve your experience with our app. This could include non-personally identifiable information like user preferences, session data, and other interactions within our app.
Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.

We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored in your browser's local storage, including IndexedDB, from unauthorized access. However, please note that no system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot ensure the security of any information stored locally on your device.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
In addition to personal information stored in our backend systems, certain non-personally identifiable information may be stored in your browser's IndexedDB. This information will be retained as long as necessary for the functioning of the app. You may clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using app-specific settings, if applicable.
Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so that we can delete it.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

- A parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of our company

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this privacy policy.
If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
Personal Training Terms
Participation in training programs with Kinetix Fitness LLC / REPPED involves physical activity, including strength, flexibility, and aerobic training. By enrolling, clients acknowledge and accept the following terms.
A. Payment & Membership Terms
- All sales are final; payments are non-refundable.
- Memberships or sessions are non-transferable.
- Memberships require a 60-day minimum commitment.
- Cancellations are not allowed in the first 21 days. After that, 30 days' notice is required; any payments due during the notice period are still payable.
- After cancellation, unused sessions are forfeited.
- Membership cancellations must be submitted to hello@reppedfitness.com.
- Payments over 30 days late may result in the remaining balance being charged in full.
B. Session Terms
- Training sessions are 45 minutes, conducted online or in person at the company's discretion.
- Sessions expire 30 days after payment.
- Being 10 or more minutes late counts as a no-show.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are forfeited.
- If the company cancels or misses a session, it will be rescheduled within 30 days.
C. Results Guarantee
- Our 12 Week Results System is designed to deliver measurable progress in strength, fat loss, and performance.
- The guarantee applies only if clients follow their personalized program as designed, attend scheduled sessions, and track progress as instructed.
- If these conditions are met and measurable progress is not achieved, coaching will continue at no cost until results are met, at our discretion.
- Coaching may be delivered in person or virtually.
- The guarantee does not apply if the plan is not followed, sessions are missed without coordination, or payments are not current.
- Once measurable progress is achieved, the guarantee ends.
D. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose all relevant health information and update the company regarding any changes in health or medications.
- Participation carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and safety and should maintain their own insurance coverage.
- Clients are responsible for any personal equipment they provide.
E. Media & Marketing Consent
- Clients grant permission for the use of their name, photo, and testimonial for marketing purposes without compensation.
F. Liability Release
- Clients release Kinetix Fitness LLC / REPPED and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
G. Acknowledgement
By participating, clients confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
