I am not a fitness influencer, or someone who got fit and then decided what I did works for everyone. I'm a strength and corrective professional with a Master Fitness Certification. I have always followed the signal, not the noise - and certainly NOT the next fad.

The reality is this: my evidence-based training and coaching methods have been developed through vigourous years of training in professional environments and with specialists in the field, leading to my club being nominated for Best Training Club.

Yes. Every new REPPED client begins with Basecamp — our lowest-rate, no-commitment 30-day starting point for in-home and mobile personal training in Charlotte Metro and Rock Hill. Once you're training with us, we can upgrade you into a month-to-month membership.

No. You don't need to be fit or experienced to start. Most REPPED members are beginners or returning to exercise after time away, and every program is scaled to your current ability by a certified personal trainer.

Yes. We assess your movement and injury history first with a corrective exercise specialist, then build a personalized strength and conditioning plan designed around your body so you can train safely.

Yes. REPPED provides mobile, in-home personal training across Charlotte Metro, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Lake Wylie, and Tega Cay. Our trainers come to you and bring all necessary equipment, and virtual training is available anywhere. Check if we service your area.
