My Story
A personal trainer and developer building better fitness systems.
My fitness journey began over 10 years ago, driven by a passion to understand how the human body adapts, grows, and transforms. What started as personal curiosity evolved into a calling to help others achieve their fitness goals.
As both a Master Certified Personal Trainer and a full-stack developer, I bring a unique perspective to fitness. I believe in combining time-tested training principles with modern technology to create programs that are both effective and sustainable.
