Tom - Master Certified Personal Trainer

My fitness journey began over 10 years ago, driven by a passion to understand how the human body adapts, grows, and transforms. What started as personal curiosity evolved into a calling to help others achieve their fitness goals.

As both a Master Certified Personal Trainer and a full-stack developer, I bring a unique perspective to fitness. I believe in combining time-tested training principles with modern technology to create programs that are both effective and sustainable.

Every client is different, with unique goals, limitations, and lifestyle factors. That's why I developed the REPPED System — a structured yet flexible approach that adapts to your individual needs while maintaining the scientific principles that drive real results.
