Discovery
One-time initial sessionEvery client begins here. A structured intake session using SMART goal frameworks and coaching change models to establish clear, measurable objectives. We identify your training history, lifestyle constraints, and motivation drivers to build a roadmap that is specific to you.
Foundation
Weeks 1 to 2 of each cycleA comprehensive fitness assessment evaluating functional movement patterns, static posture, cardiovascular baseline, and mobility. Results inform a detailed program for the Mastery phase, including nutrition guidance, progressive overload targets, and milestone markers.
Mastery
Weeks 3 to 10 of each cycleThe core training block. Strength and conditioning sessions target all three metabolic pathways (phosphagen, glycolytic, and oxidative) to drive complete physiological adaptation. Progressive overload is applied systematically across compound and isolation movements.
Prime
Weeks 11 to 12 of each cyclePeak testing. Key movements that have been undulated throughout Mastery are now tested at maximal or near maximal effort. New personal records are set, milestones are validated, and measurable progress is documented.
Deload
Week 13 of each cycleStrategic recovery. Training volume and intensity are reduced to allow full nervous system and musculoskeletal recovery. You return to Foundation with a reassessment, establishing a new baseline. Each cycle compounds on the last.
