I'm Tom, a Master Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience coaching clients through strength training, corrective exercise, and program design.

I built REPPED because I wanted to deliver better results without the guesswork. Every program follows a structured system I developed through years of real world coaching, formal education, and working with clients of all levels.

I also happen to be a full stack developer, so I'm building the training app myself from scratch. Same system, same coaching, just accessible from your pocket.

Yes! We come to you. For clients in Charlotte Metro, Rock Hill and nearby areas, we provide in-home personal training and bring all necessary equipment. Check if we service your area.

Yes. We offer a nearby private training location in the Fort Mill and Tega Cay area, available by request for clients.

Getting started is simple: schedule a free consultation, share your goals and fitness history, and we’ll build your plan and book your first session.

Founding Clients receive discounted training to help build our platform, early access to our app, opportunities to shape features with feedback, and free lifetime app access at launch.

For in-person training, we can bring the equipment you need. For virtual training, a basic dumbbell setup can work, though a fuller setup delivers better results.

Personal training sessions are 45 minutes. Each session includes a personalized movement prep, strength and conditioning, core and correctives, and a cool-down sequence.
